Void the Acts of Union
British Nationality was never the intention of the Acts of Union 1706/7, in fact this is a relatively new phenomenon from 1948 and 1981 and some earlier acts which puts the Acts of Union into bad faith. Therfore voidable under treaty laws. In fact there have been many laws passed that put the union into bad faith.
All debt incurred by the UK would cease and not be the repsonsibilty of the English or Welsh, this is similar to adminstration. Each Country would be responsible for its own balance sheet, yes I said balance sheet, remember them, living within your means. Joining BRICS and issueing our own money. Each County and Shire would be the same. Internal borders bewteen English counties and Shires would not exist. But external borders to Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and Southern Ireland, Europe would exist. Produccts destined for the English counties from abroad (that includes Scotland and Wales etc) would be subject to tax. This keeps the market fair and lessens the abuses from external markets employing low cost labour.
Our coal, gas, nuclear, ship building, car manufacturing, engineering, farming industries and distribution networks would all become viable industries again. We would also have the power to invent, inovation and licensing which would benefit the inventor, County, Country via resonable fees. Think about English inventions of the past that are now globally mainstream. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_English_inventions_and_discoveries
The English would have options in airing greivances - locally and nationally.
Your English rights
In a nutshell: Parliament is the primary legislator, but it is limited in its legislation powers by the constitution of England (not Britain, Britain does not have a constitution).
Either or both the Crown (by not given assent) and law lords (make it void) can rule the legalisation void if deemed repugnant by the people or if it goes against our constitutional inalienable rights. Unlike EU laws which have derogations, the English Bill of Rights cannot be derogated.
If parliament believes it is sovereign it MUST show us the authority it relies on and prove who and when it was given sovereignty. By making this statement and enacting laws against the people and their rights, parliament and all parliamentarians commit the offence 1. Subverting the English Constitution 2. Contempt of sovereign 3. Contempt of Statute. This was confirmed with authority English Bill of Rights 1689 from a convention parliament, Coronation oath act 1689, Parliament recognition act 1689 and numerous case law not least of which the constitutional ruling Ashby vs White 1703 (Full ruling).
We are non partisan, we are about rights of the English, Culture of the English and Independence of the English. Good or Bad, Risk or Safety. You are sovereign and govern yourself under common law. We are a prodestant Christnian autonomous nation.
England first, it's defence first, its people first.
